What is an SRT file?
An SRT (SubRip Subtitle) file is a plain text file containing timed subtitle entries. Each entry has a sequence number, start and end timestamp, and the subtitle text. SRT is the most widely supported subtitle format — used by YouTube, Vimeo, VLC, and virtually every video platform.
How do I add an SRT file to YouTube?
After generating your SRT file in CutSnap, go to YouTube Studio, open your video, click Subtitles, then Add and Upload file. Select your SRT file and YouTube will sync the subtitles automatically.
Can I generate SRT files in multiple languages?
