Do I need a credit card to start?

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period — no prorations, no fees.
How do I remove the CutSnap watermark?
Any paid plan (Creator and above) removes the watermark from all exports. Upgrade from the billing page inside your dashboard.
What happens if my video is longer than my plan allows?
CutSnap will notify you before processing begins. You can upgrade your plan or trim your video. We never silently truncate or process partial content.
What's the difference between Creator and Pro?
Creator is ideal for most individual creators — up to 2-minute videos, 20 videos stored, all styling tools. Pro adds support for videos up to 5 minutes, 50 videos stored, priority transcription queue, word-level caption editing, and unlimited Style Profiles.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Both options are available. Annual billing saves you around 38% — Creator drops from $15.9 to $9.9/mo, Pro from $30.9 to $18.9/mo, and Studio from $64.9 to $39.9/mo. Switch between plans anytime from your account settings.
Can I use CutSnap exports commercially?
Yes. All paid plans include a commercial use license. You own 100% of your exported videos and can use them for any business purpose — ads, client work, monetized channels.
Does the free plan support Arabic and RTL languages?
Yes — RTL language support (Arabic, Hebrew, Urdu) is available on all plans including free. This is a core CutSnap feature, not a premium add-on.
